NOW OFFERING 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
While most of the training at ER Fitness takes place in a semi-private (small group) format with individualized programming, we also have some spaces available for individuals to train 1-on-1 with our staff members – all of whom are certified and have extensive experience with personal training.
These 1-on-1 training sessions take place during quieter hours at the facility, so they’re a good option for those who may have “gym-timidation.”
Additionally, they may be a better fit for those who need to exercise at times when ER Fitness may not be open for normal hours.
